Overview of the issue

Previously translated content opens in the Classic Translation Editor instead of the Advanced Translation Editor, even when you have chosen to use the Advanced Translation Editor for all content.

Workaround

This issue occurs when you edit the translated content in the WordPress native editor. Please avoid editing the translated posts and pages in WordPress native editor when the translation was previously completed using the Advanced Translation Editor or Classic Translation Editor.

If you have accidentally updated translated content using WordPress editor then please make a minor change to the default language post/page and update it. When translating the page, it should load in the Advanced Translation Editor.

  1. Hi,

Once we complete the translation through advance editor and click on pencil icon to edit the translation, it is opening up in classic editor. This is happening when the content is not edited in WP editor.
Any suggested way to resolve it?

    Regards,
