Chiedi all'hosting il server error log e vedi se c'è qualcosa lì, e prova anche a disattivare tutti i plugin tranne quelli di WPML per vedere se per caso è un problema di compatibilità

Chiedi per favore il server error log al tuo hosting, altrimenti non ho nessuna indicazione per capire quale può essere il problema.
