Problem:
Strings only appear translated if the "String Translation While Page is Processed" feature is active. The user faced untranslated strings despite deleting and retranslating them.
Solution:
Initially, the supporter advised deleting and retranslating strings, followed by troubleshooting by deactivating plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme. Despite these steps, the issue persisted. The supporter then sought authorization to create a site backup for local testing, which revealed the problem wasn't replicated in the local environment. Further analysis highlighted a possible server or WooCommerce database table issue and recommended checking server configurations and contacting WooCommerce support. Later, registering WPML and updating WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency were suggested but didn't resolve the problem. Escalation to a higher support level occurred, leading to the discovery of a configuration issue in the wp-config.php file and its resolution.
