I understand the issue you’re having. The plugin you’re using to place the Carousel is currently not listed in WPML's compatible plugin list. You can verify this here: https://wpml.org/plugin/.

As a result, it’s difficult to determine whether the Carousel module has the necessary support for WPML.

It may be necessary to add translation support for the carousel module to enable the content within it to be translated using the WPML Translation Editor. To understand how you can add support for a Module, please check this guide.

You can also reach out to the author or support team of the plugin to discuss the process of translating the Carousel contents. Additionally, you can request them to join the WPML Go-Global program to make the plugin compatible with WPML. You can check/share this link for more details about the program.
