I understand the issue you're experiencing. Upon checking, I found that you are using the Elementor Header, but that header template has not yet been translated into the other languages. Until you translate the template, the button within it will not appear translated. Please note that you should be able to translate the button text at the same time as translating the header template.

Please try translating the header template by following the guide below. I hope it will help.

In the editor, the button text will also be available for translation.
