From the WPML debug info, I can confirm that the translation settings for Pages and Posts are correctly configured. With this setting, you should be able to see the "Language" meta section in the WordPress editor. Please note that this translation meta appears in the native WordPress editor, not in editors like WPBakery or Elementor.

If the Language Meta section is now showing, please check this enlace oculto">screenshot and make sure that the Language Meta is enabled for the editor.

You can also try to send the the page for translation by following the steps below.

- Please go to WPML > Translation Management
- Select "Page" from the All Types dropdown and click on the Filter button.
- Send the page for translation by following this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/#translating-pages-posts-and-custom-post-types
- Check if you can access access the Advanced translation editor and translate the contents.

I understand that you'd like to use the Advanced Translation Editor to translate only specific parts of your content. However, once you begin translating a page or post with the Advanced Translation Editor, you will need to complete the translation for the entire content in that editor. If you don't, the translation won't be saved.

Let me share the reason − When you start translating a page or post using ATE, it tracks and stores the translation data for every part of the content. Incomplete translations can lead to inconsistencies, and since ATE relies on structured translation memory, it needs the entire content translated to ensure accuracy and completeness across the site.

If you want to translate only specific parts of the content, you can still use the Advanced Translation Editor. To do this, copy the default content from the left side of the editor and paste it into the translation box on the right. This way, you can leave the translation the same as the default for most sections and only translate the parts you want in the other language. You can even automatically translate those portions by clicking on the 'Translate Automatically' option below the translation box. Here's a screenshot for reference: enlace oculto.
