I apologize for any confusion. The core plugin is named WPML Multilingual CMS, and it's included in all WPML subscription types. There are three subscription options:

1. Multilingual Blog:
This subscription includes MailChimp for WordPress Multilingual and WPML All Import, in addition to the WPML Multilingual CMS core plugin.

2. Multilingual CMS: This subscription covers all WPML add-ons along with the WPML Multilingual CMS core plugin.

3. Multilingual Agency:
Similar to Multilingual CMS, this subscription provides all WPML add-ons along with the WPML Multilingual CMS core plugin, which allows you to register WPML on unlimited sites.

Currently, you have the Multilingual Blog subscription, which includes the WPML Multilingual CMS core plugin but does not cover the WPML String Translation plugin. If you need the String Translation add-on, you'll need to upgrade to a more comprehensive subscription.

You can upgrade anytime by logging into your account on WPML.org: https://wpml.org/account/ and clicking the Upgrade options link as you can see in the attached screenshot.
