Este hilo está resuelto. Aquí tienes una descripción del problema y la solución.

Problem:
You are experiencing issues with WPML on your WordPress site where the language flags are not visible in the WordPress administrator, and translations are not appearing on the front end.
Solution:
First, check if the languages are listed by navigating to WPML > Languages → Edit Language. If they are, resave them and clear your caches to see if the issue resolves. If the languages are not listed or the problem persists, follow these steps:
1. Take a full backup of your site and database.
2. Navigate to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting.
3. Click the following buttons:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML tables collation
- Assign translation status to duplicated content
- Set language information
- Reset Languages (Use this with caution as it will reset any custom languages you have added. Only use this option if the previous steps did not resolve the issue.)
4. Clear the caches from your site and browser, then check again.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, it might be due to an outdated solution or a different problem. We recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me gather some information with you, to help solve this issue quickly.

Can you send us a screenshot, where we can see which administrator area it is that should be showing the flags?

As for the translations that aren't showing on the Front End, can you provide us with an example?

Besides that, please send us your debug information. Here, you can find a detailed explanation on how to do that:
https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

If that does not help, one of my colleagues will soon come to continue support.

Hello There,
I hope you're doing well.

I have taken over this ticket and would be happy to assist you in this matter.

It seems that the language information has been removed or not inserted into the database, which is why the languages aren't showing in the list. Could you please go to "WPML > Languages → Edit Language" and check if the languages are listed there?

If the languages are showing in the list, please resave them, clear the caches, and check if the issue persists.

If the languages are not showing in the list or the issue persists even after that, please try the following:

- Take a full backup of the site and database
- Please go to "WPML > Support > Troubleshooting"
- Click on the following buttons:
-- Clear the cache in WPML
-- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
-- Fix element_type collation
-- Fix WPML tables collation
-- Assign translation status to duplicated content
-- Set language information
-- Reset Languages[Additional. Clicking this option will reset the languages, which means any custom languages you have added will also be reset. Please click on this button with caution and only if the options above did not help. After clicking it, you will need to recreate the custom languages.]

- Clear the caches from your site and browser then check again.

Please let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
