[Resuelto] impossible to activate otgs and update wpml despite domain didn't change and key inserted in wp-con...

Background of the issue:
I'm trying to update WPML but I'm getting an error. I deactivated the cache plugin and ensured no cache object is activated on cPanel. I tried different browsers, cleared cache, and followed recommendations in the documentation and forum. I also tried removing the constant in wp-config.php, but nothing solved the issue. The version installed is 4.6.7.

Symptoms:
I'm getting an error 'impossible to connect to wpml.org'.

Questions:
Why am I unable to connect to wpml.org despite following all troubleshooting steps?
The key inserted in wp-config.php match the key in wpml dashboard.
OTGS is installed but impossible to get it activated.
