Hello There,
I hope you're doing well.

To minimize your wait time, I've taken this ticket and responded in English. I've reviewed the entire conversation you've had, and the issue is clear to me.

While checking the pages, I found that the contents have been added using the Theme's default Elementor widget. It is possible that the WPML Translation support has not been added yet for the widget which is why, the contents are not showing translated. Please refer to the guide below to learn more about the process of adding translation support for the Elementor widgets.

However, the good news is we have a solution in hand that can help you easily add translation support for these custom Elementor widgets. We have a tool that can assist in creating the necessary XML configuration for the custom Elementor widgets with just a few clicks. This tool is designed to reduce the time and effort of manually registering custom Elementor widgets by writing configurations for each one. To use this tool and better understand the process, kindly refer to the instructions in the following documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-compatibility-test-tools-plugin/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/

Once the XML for the widgets is added in WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration, you should be able to translate the texts within the widget from the Translation editor and the translation will also appear correctly. But, if you this process sound complex, don't worry! Just activate the WPML and String translation plugin on your site and I'll be happy to add the necesary configuration for these Elementor widgets.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'll be happy to assist!

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Can I ask for a refund of the plugin? I think is not worth it to pay that price for it

Hi There,

If this process seems complicated, I can assist you with adding the codes.

Could you please activate the WPML and String Translation plugins on your site? I would also like your permission to install a plugin called 'Multilingual Tools', which will help generate the necessary configurations. Please confirm this in your next response, so I can begin adding the code and ensuring the widget is compatible with WPML. I'm committed to resolving this for you so that you can continue using the WPML plugin effectively with your widget.

However, if you decide to proceed with the refund, we're sorry to see you go. You can initiate a refund request by following this link(https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/). A member of the respective team will then get in touch with you.

Looking forward to your response and I'm always here to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hello There,
Thank you for activating them.

I installed the 'Multilingual Tools' plugin and confirmed that the widget is registered for translation. To test if everything is working correctly, I made a minor update to the page (enlace oculto) and updated its translation. The content now appears correctly translated into English when switched. You can deactivate the GTranslate plugin and switch to English to verify the effectiveness.

If you encounter the issue again on any page/post, just make a small update to the page and then update the translation. The translation should appear properly in other languages.

Let me know the update. I will be more than happy to assist if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hello There,
Thank you for the update.

I've checked and noticed that there are two language switchers. You can remove one by navigating to WPML > Language, scrolling down to 'Menu language switcher', and deleting the language switcher you created for the menu. Alternatively, you can edit the Header and remove the language switcher Element(located beside the Menu element) from there.

I hope you can understand. If you need further assistance with translation or have any other query, feel free to let me know. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
