I am trying to update my website's WPML plugins, but WPML indicates that several plugins aren't updated even though I've updated them all. The issue can be seen at enlace oculto.
Síntomas:
WPML Update is Incomplete. You are running updated wpml-cms-nav, wpml-media-translation, wpml-sticky-links, and wpml-string-translation, but the following components are not updated: sitepress-multilingual-cms (required version: 4.7.0). Your site will not work as it should in this configuration.

As an alternative, you can upload WPML core manually:
1. Log in to your WPML.org account and go to the Downloads section. Download the core WPML Multilingual CMS.
2. Deactivate the current WPML version that you are using. Be sure to deactivate WPML and all its components. Otherwise, the installation files may be locked and not writeable. Don’t worry, your translations are not going to be modified.
3. Delete the plugins, so that you can install the new version.
Note: if you cannot delete from inside WordPress, use an FTP program to delete the folders of WPML and its components from wp-content/plugins.
4. In the WordPress admin, go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload and upload the ZIP file that you downloaded. Alternatively, if you cannot upload plugins directly to WordPress, unzip each file. A directory will be created. Then upload the unzipped directories to your site’s ‘wp-contents/plugins’ directory and overwrite the existing folders for WPML and its components.
5. Log in to your site, go to Plugins and activate WPML core first. Then, go to Plugins -> Add New and click on the Commercial tab. From here, you can install and activate the components that you need for your site.
