Background of the issue:
Hi,

I want to set specific prices for each country and I have looked at this guide, but the popup doesnt show for me: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/multi-currency-support-woocommerce/#setting-shipping-rates-by-currency

Symptoms:
Popup doesnt show as per the guide

How can I set the shipping prices per country/currency?
