Este hilo está resuelto. Aquí tienes una descripción del problema y la solución.

Problem:
The client is unable to see the translated strings on the frontend, even though all strings are translated in the translator.
Solution:
We recommend checking if the translation jobs are completed. If you see a 'pencil' icon next to a translation, it indicates that the translation is still in progress. You can add translations directly using the String Translation by clicking on the '+' icon instead of sending them for translation. Ensure you follow each step provided in our suggestions carefully as they are designed to resolve the issue efficiently.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

If you try to click on the settings it doesn't work. All strings are translated in the translator, but they do not appear on the frontend

Hi There,
I hope you're doing well.

I understand that the string translation shows an in-progress status. This typically occurs when the string is selected and sent to a translator, but the translator either left the translation editor without saving the translation or the editor was closed somehow. As a result, the translation is not completed.

Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Navigate to "WPML > Settings" and change the translation mode to "Translate what you choose."
2. Go to "WPML > Translation Management > Jobs."
3. Locate the String Translation job (each job should be denoted with 'String').
4. If you find the job, click on the trash icon to cancel it.
5. Now go to "WPML > String Translation," and you should see the '+' icon. Click on that icon, add the translation, and click outside the box to save it.

I hope it will help. Feel free to let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.

I think we are understanding each other from the beginning.
All the stringsare translated, although in the strings section their management does not work. And the translated strings (you can check it in the translations section) are not displayed in the Basque language in the frontend. You have the access codes, please try to solve it, I would be infinitely grateful.

Hi There,
Thank you for the update.

As you have shared access, I checked and, by following the steps I outlined in my last response, I was able to cancel the jobs. You can now add translations for the strings using String Translation. Just click on the '+' icon to add a translation instead of sending it for translation. Please check enlace oculto">this screenshot for a better understanding.

Kindly note that if any translation is in-progress, it means the translation is not yet completed (you should see a 'pencil' icon if it is completed). Therefore, if you have sent the job for translation insetad of translating from String translation, please make sure to complete the translation. For spoecifically translating the Bookly plugin strings, please follow the instructions in the video I shared in the other ticket.

Additionally, I would like to add that, please carefully try each suggestion we provide. These recommendations are based on our experience and often solve the issue on the first try. Following each step closely will help ensure a quick and efficient resolution.

If there is anything else you need help with, feel free to let me know. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

There is no solution for this problem, I have followed all the steps, I have deleted and reinstalled the plugins, but there is no way.
Some parts are translated, others are not. All strings and plugins are translated, but they do not appear in the frontend.
If you can't help me, please forward the problem to a technician or tell me the price so that a knowledgeable technician can put the translation in order.
