It's not clear why the product category link would be wrong on the product page, given that it appears you have translated the product category.
If possible, could you check if the problem is the same with any other standard theme (twenty twentyone etc., or storefront).
Can you go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency and the Categories tab and confirm that the product category is correctly translated?
In which case I suggest you follow the troubleshooting link from the WPML > Support page and try the actions indicated in the screenshot.
