It's been almost a month since I installed WPLM, and the issues continue. It has really worn me out. There is a serious problem with this plugin, and if I hadn't invested so much time in it, I would immediately switch to another option.
All my blogger friends were looking forward to positive feedback to start translating their sites, but this is not at all encouraging.
I have been assisted by the support, but it's not sufficient because every time a new issue arises during the work. Isn't there a specialized developer engineer for this plugin who can access my site, thoroughly check everything, and ensure a proper installation?
I opened another ticket with your colleague Nicolas Viallet for a different issue, and I'm awaiting his response. This morning, while trying to correct an article that was automatically translated (I paid for this service), I noticed that several segments are missing and need to be retranslated. You can see it in the screenshot
Please take the necessary steps to address these issues. You should consider creating a live chat, even if it needs to be a paid feature, for faster interactivity.
We do have a live chat, but it is not always available (it is almost always available within EU time zones and typical working hours, but also Asian time zones and we have few supporters covering Americas), it depends upon supporter availability.
Hello Bruno, I didn't make any changes to the text, but I made a modification to the HTML to bold and adjust the size. I understand now, that's probably the reason. Thank you for your assistance. I'll wait for your colleague to handle the rest. Have a great day!"
