[Cerrado] I am having some troubles with the translation of a cloned wordpress web

I am having some troubles with the translation of a cloned wordpress web. I have made a copy of a website that I had in production to development to start with the same structure and make a new website, the thing is that the wpml gives me the following error:
"This site has been moved to a new location.
You, or someone else, moved this site to enlace oculto. Please note:
Translations you make at enlace oculto will not appear on this site.
You cannot edit translations on this site.
The enlace oculto site uses the same machine translation credits as this site.

If you did not intend to move this site to enlace oculto, you can indicate that this site should be on enlace oculto;

The thing is that I have already gone to wpml sites, I have deleted the previous site and I have configured and registered the new site as a "new site" and I keep getting the same error and I don't know what to do because this way it won't let me translate the new page. Can you help me?
