Background of the issue:
I did the translation of my landing page in WordPress from English to German using WPML. Now, after a couple of months, I made some design changes to the landing page.

Symptoms:
When I switch to the German language, the design changes do not show.

Questions:
How can I ensure that design changes made to the English landing page are reflected in the German version?
