Stiamo cercando di aggiornare WPML all'ultima release ma il sito ci diceva che la chiave di registrazione non era valida. Quindi abbiamo eliminato la chiave e l'abbiamo rigenerata, ma al momento di inserirla per attivare il plugin il sito riporta questo errore: "Unable to parse data from service response."

Abbiamo già controllato l'Installer System Status e il sito ci dice che non riesce a connettersi a "WPML API server".
Con l'errore seguente: Your site can't communicate with link nascosto. Code 403.

Abbiamo già contattato il nostro hosting provider ma ci ha detto che sono già aperte tutte le connessioni in uscita su porte standard: 80 e 443.

Riuscite a controllare che non ci sia un blocco da parte vostra a questo punto?

We are aware of this issue and our system team is investigating the root cause. They have suggested trying to activate the license key again. Could you please try that and see if it resolves the problem?
