[Résolu] Credits not transferable

Background of the issue:
I am trying to transfer the credits out of my account.

Symptoms:
I expected to see 2000 Credits back in my account, but instead, I got 2000 unused credits just lying around.

Questions:
Why can't I transfer my credits?
How can I get the credits back into my account?
