I try to renewall a subscription on a website :

Referring to the error message you shared, I find it hard to link this to WPML, however, your theory could be right, have WooCommerce team confirmed this?
If not, it is worth leaving them a message as they might have a better idea about this kind of error as it comes from their code.
Also, does the registration go through after disabling WPML ? or it creates errors when you activate it back?
I would also like to see the content of this file to confirm that theory along with access to your site :
