You can request a refund within 30 days after purchasing WPML by visiting the following page and filling out the form:
https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/

As you have been charged recently for a renewal, you are still within the timeframe for a refund.

Please also make sure to disable automatic renewal in your WPML.org account section:
https://wpml.org/account/

Steps:
1) Go to the refund request page: wpml.org/purchase/refunds
2) Fill out the form with your account details.
3) Make sure to disable automatic renewal in your WPML account settings so you don’t get charged again in the future.
