I checked the config => it is correct.
I checked the Elementor widget => It is the same widget we added config for.
I checked the target link => the target page has a translation.
Then I checked the subject page status => It is not translated yet. Please see the screenshot.
The EN page is not completed yet.
Please note After adding the config, the link will not be translated automatically. The original page needs to be updated (To get links from the new config), and translation should be completed or re-saved without any change in ATE (To translate the link in the translated page), then only you will see the translated link.
Right now, I see the English translation is missing a lot of content, and it is only 75% completed. Once you complete the translation and save it, WPML will adjust the link on saving the translation.
