Background of the issue:
I want to upload an article in Spanish, which is the secondary language, without having a version in English, the main language. We just want to upload articles in Spanish on our site lien caché.

Symptoms:
Cant upload an article on the secundary language without the main language article upload.

Questions:
How can we upload an article in Spanish without a version in English?
