[Résolu] htacess overwritten

We have an issue concerning an Internal Server Error, some times appearing when you are in the home page and trying to reach any other page. Check the attached image.

We figured out that this is happening because of an automatic modification of the .htacess file. In certain cases, the .htacess may get overwritten with the language folder. We found a solution to fix it by modifying the code to be as it was before that automatic alteration. Though, this is not actually a complete fix, cause this can happen in any given time. We would like a permanent solution if possible.
