Problem: The client wanted to remove old and 'stuck' translation jobs related to Gravity Forms from the WPML Translation Management list, even though they had switched to Fluent Forms over a year ago and Gravity Forms was no longer present on their site.
Solution: We recommended that the client switch to 'Translate some' mode by navigating to WPML > Settings, and then proceed to WPML > Translation Management > Jobs. There, they should find any job they wish to cancel and click on the cancel option.
