Hello, Thank you for contacting WPML support team, It seems the error is in relation to Woocommerce, I only had one case similar to this before. It was related to a conflict between plugins and/or theme, could you please run your site on a minimal environment to find the culprit? (You could do it on a staging site) After doing a backup, change your theme to a default one , e.g Twenty-twenty two If the issue persists, start disabling all other plugins and only leave WPML Core, WPML string translation and WooCommerce plugin active. If the issue disappears, start enabling the plugins one by one until you get the error again. Please let us know once done, |

Hello again, We cannot pinpoint the cause or the origin of this issue without doing this kind of tests, I would like to ask for temporary access to your test site’s wp-admin and FTP to investigate the issue further. Kindly provide me with the steps on how to replicate the problem. It is important to note that you should back up your site and database before proceeding, and you can use a plugin like Duplicator for this purpose. Hello again, I tried the backup you sent us, it kept failing on any environment we upload it on, with this error : [28-Aug-2023 07:19:49 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1196032 bytes) in D:\Local\belc\app\public\wp-includes\class-wpdb.php on line 2425 So I tried to debug the error that you initially got from WooCommerce, it turns out, we only had one case of a similar issue that I already fixed: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translations-are-not-live-on-my-website/ If this is the same issue, I highly recommend disabling all plugins and only leave WPML and Woocommerce core plugins enabled. It might be either related to a conflict with caching plugin/system that you have under your If the issue disappears, then start enabling the plugins one by one until you find the cause of this conflict, If the issue persists with this minimal environment, send me another copy of your site with only those plugins (I won't need the rest, as they seem to be too huge for them to be restored).
