Problem: The client is trying to translate popups on their website, but the translations do not appear on the frontend despite being completed in the backend. The issue occurs with popups on the homepage, specifically with the 'request info' button at the bottom left and the newsletter subscription button in the footer. Solution: We discovered that the issue was related to the type of button used. By switching from the theme's Litho button to an Elementor button, the translation updates correctly. However, there remains an issue with the button color; it is set to red in the backend but appears black on the frontend. For this color issue, we recommend checking the CSS settings or the theme's configuration that might be overriding the Elementor settings.

Contesto del problema:
Sto cercando di tradurre i popup del mio sito, ma la traduzione non compare sul frontend nonostante sia stata completata nel backend. Il problema si verifica nei popup in home page, in particolare con il pulsante in basso a sinistra - richiedi info - e il pulsante di iscrizione alla newsletter nel footer. Sono un popup di Elementor, inseriti nel sito con pulsante che apre il popup. Il tema che utilizziamo è Litho, il pulsante è un Litho Button, però è il popup che ha il problema non il pulsante.
Ciao, si fuori dal popup le traduzioni funzionano perfettamente.
Non abbiamo una Sandbox. Prima di procedere vorrei provare ad utilizzare un Heading normale di Elementor al posto del Litho Header in modo da capire se è quello il problema.
Anche utilizzando l'Heading classico la traduzione non funziona 🙁
Proviamo con la sandbox? Può essere che ci siano delle impostazioni sbagliate in WPML?
va bene. Scusami ma non ho capito, dobbiamo fare qualcosa quindi noi sulla sandbox dato che non serve istallare il tema? Immagino serva Elementor, vedo che non è presente. Facci sapere grazie!
Ciao, ho provato a riprodurre il popup fisso in basso a sx sul sito che cliccandolo apre il popup della richiesta informazioni. Fammi sapere se va bene o devo impostare qualcos'altro.
