English version only works in Sfari Browser

But this only works with the Safari Browser. All other browsers show the website in German and offer their own translation, which is not correct by the way. So it seems that your plugin doesn´t work properly. Could you please have a look at this? Symptoms: it opens in German in other browsers than Safari in english speaking countries. Questions: Could you please fix this issue?

Background of the issue:
