Hi, we purchased the translation plugin for the formu1a.uno website, however this same plugin was taken from the previous webagency and always had to be renewed for the same domain.

How can we activate it who purchased it a few days ago and now need to make it work on the formu1a.uno domain?

Hello there,

If I understood it correctly, the site domain change and you need to register WPML again?

If that's the case, can you please to do the follow procedure:

- Temporarily remove your old domain here: (https://wpml.org/account/sites/)
- Add the new domain again and copy the new generated key(please make sure to register it as it is saved in the DB, eg.: http x https | www x non-www)
- Now go to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial
- Click on Register WPML and enter the new key you just created

It seems like you tried to register Toolset and it failed, is it happening when you try to register WPML too?

Also, so that we can take a better look at this, could you please attach the Debug info?

In summary, these are the steps that you need to take in order to retrieve it:

- Go to WPML > Support > Debug Information
- Copy the Debug Information from there.
- Find the “Additional Data” section below this chat.
- Click on the “Debug Info” item to expand it.
