[Risolto] Previous translation disappeared after content update

Solution: We recommend trying the following steps: 1. Disable the option "I prefer bigger segments" in the translation editor's top-right options. This setting affects how text is segmented and can cause entire segments to disappear if they are modified. 2. Consider reverting to a previous version of the translation editor if the issue persists after changing the segmentation settings.

I am trying to update a post created with ACF in the original language, but I noticed an issue with the translations.

After updating a post, translations for other languages disappeared.

Is it normal for translations to disappear after updating a post created with ACF?
Am I encountering some errors with WPML when updating content?
When I update translations in some pages only the URL string goes away, in some pages everything is present. Why is this happening?
Sometimes, “title” or “url” string is not showing within advanced translator so I’m not able to translate it.
I see this issue only in some pages.

Le traduzioni sparite sono molto probabilmente dovute ad una diversa segmentazione dei testi.
Prova a
- disabilitare l'opzione "I prefer bigger segments" dalle opzioni in alto a destra nell'editor di traduzione
- passare alla versione precedente dell'editor
Buongiorno Laura, ho provato entrambi i due punti che dici ma nuovamente si presenta il problema. Anche con la versione precedente dell'editor.
Non appena faccio una mini modifica al testo in italiano, quando apro l'editor di traduzione, sparisce tutto (compresa la stringa dell'URL, che dovrebbe essere al di fuori del contenuto (?))

Dopo aver eliminato l'ultima frase, sono andato a rifare la traduzione e come vedi tutta la descrizione è scomparsa (però è rimasto la stringa dell'url, di solito va via anche quella)

Quello che vedo nel video è il comportamento previsto. La descrizione è un unico segmento, se modifichi una parte non c'è più un match con la memoria di traduzione (che si applica solo se i segmenti sono identici al 100%).
Disabilitando "I prefer bigger segments" dovrebbe dividire la descrizione in più segmenti (uno per frase) quindi poi modificandone uno gli altri non vengono compromessi.
