Salient global section translations

Problem:
If you're using the Salient theme on your WordPress site and are having trouble with translating global sections because their location is not correctly translated, resulting in them not being displayed in the second language.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps:
1. Go to WPML > Settings > Custom XML.
2. Add the following code:

<wpml-config><br />  <custom-fields><br />    <custom-field action="copy">nectar_g_section_conditions</custom-field><br />    <custom-field action="copy">nectar_g_section_locations</custom-field><br />  </custom-fields><br /></wpml-config>

3. Resave the originals.
4. Resave the translations.
After these steps, the global sections should be correctly displayed in the second language. We will include this code in one of the upcoming versions of WPML.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket with us.

giacomo-arrigo-angeloB	good morning, I am using salient theme on my wordpress. I am experiencing a problem with the global sections. salient offers the ability to select points in the site where to display the global section on the whole site. i am experiencing a problem when i go to translate these sections, because the location on the whole site is not translated correctly, so they are not displayed in the second language. Ho visto nella documentazione di Salient che si tratta di un'opzione introdotta nella versione 16, che è abbastanza nuova quindi è probabile che non abbiano pensato ad implementare la compatibilità con WPML. Ho inviato il ticket al secondo livello, nel frattempo ti suggerisco di aprire un ticket anche con il supporto di Salient (puoi tranquillamente mandargli il link alla Sandbox). Se hai bisogno di una soluzione immediata, puoi aprire la traduzione manualmente e impostare location e condition da lì. Attenzione che se poi modifichi la traduzione nell'editor di traduzione queste modifiche vanno perse.
