I would like to get_the_title correctly

Alex	Hello! I have 2 static links in my footer (Contact + Privacy Policy in FR) and I would like to get_the_title correctly. Right now, it pulls up the French title, what i don't understand though is that "get_permalink(23)" gets the right link in both langages.
