[Risolto] does it translate the whole article again, or just the text i added?

I have an Article, it is long and already translated to the languages i need, when i edit the post, and put more text, does it translate the whole article again, or just the text i added? because if its translating the whole post it cost WAY more money, and its something i will not handle with.
