Hi,
I have an issue with an order in the backend. The website is in danish & english. I've attached a screenshot. If the order is placed in danish/DKK everything is fine, but after updating the WPML plugin, we had an order in english/EUR, everthing is ok except that the "capture" button in the backend is in DKK and not in EUR - it should be written Capture 220 EUR and not Capture 220Kr (that it's 30 euros), what could be the problem?
May I have more information on which page you are talking about? is it a specific admin page of a third party plugin?
If yes, which plugin?
For now please update Woocommerce multilingual to version 5.3.3:
- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Commercial (tab)".
- Click the "Check for Updates" button.
- Update WPML and its addons there.
You need to click the check for updates button to see the new version.
See if it fixes the issue or not, if not, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.
Thank you, so this is a compatibility issue with a third party plugin that needs to be checked by the compatibility team (Billwerk+ Payments for WooCommerce).
To be able to report the compatibility issues we need to replicate the issue on a clean installation.
I created a clean installation of WordPress, Woocommerce, WPML, and all necessary WPML add-ons.
You can access the WordPress dashboard using the link below: link nascosto
I also imported some sample products
Kindly follow the steps below:
- Install the plugin in question.
- Set it up
- Setup multicurrency in Wocommerce Multilingual
- Create an order in English and it should show wrongly in Danish currency.
This will help us to report the probable issue to the compatibility team and solve the possible problem faster.
By the way I did login to your website and did some troubleshooting steps and I could not find any clue, the only one might be something that you can test is to disable the automatic browser redirect feature from WPML > Languages and test again.
But the best way is to report to the compatibility team for this.
Hi, sorry for the delay.
I did a test with Billwerk on the clean installation you created and I can see the same error.
In the order page the Capture Button is in DKK and not in EUR.
The default currency was changed. In order to show accurate prices in all currencies, you need to update the exchange rates under the Multi-currency configuration.
- After doing that, I went to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual and reset the multicurrency settings.
- To remove the warning, I delete the icl_admin_messages key in wp_options table.
- Finally I went to WooCommerce and set it up.
After doing that, I can't reproduce the issue anymore.
