Problem: The client is experiencing issues with the 'Microsoft' method for translating products, where it consumes twice the expected credits. Additionally, an error 'Cannot add to translation' appears, but credits are still deducted, leading to excessive credit usage. Solution: We have investigated the issue and found that the credits were charged correctly as the product includes not only the title but also category SEO text and other taxonomy texts that need translation. This is a standard behavior in WPML, and you can opt to not include taxonomy text for translation from WPML > Settings. If you re-translate the same product, you should not be charged again since it was already translated. For the job creation issue, we have opened a new ticket to address it.
