Problem:
If you've recently upgraded to an Agency plan but haven't received new translation credits, it might be due to the timing of your upgrade relative to changes in our pricing and subscription models.
Solution:
We recommend checking if your upgrade was processed under the terms of our previous pricing structure, which might not include additional credits as part of the upgrade. For Agency subscriptions upgraded after September 2021 under the new pricing model, translation credits are included. If you need to purchase additional credits, please visit our payment methods page at Automatic Translation Pricing.
