nilsR-13	Hello WPML Team, I am contacting you regarding my recent renewal (Order #17530593). I realize I am contacting you past the standard 30-day window. However, I am facing a specific situation that I hope you can consider. I have recently migrated my site to Breakdance Builder. While I intended to keep using WPML, I encountered major issues. Upon checking your documentation today, I found this page: https://wpml.org/plugin/breakdance/ It states: "Breakdance is not currently compatible with WPML... The team at Breakdance is currently discouraging use with WPML". Since the product is officially listed as incompatible with my current setup, the renewal is unfortunately of no use to me. I haven't used the license since the renewal date for this reason. Given this specific technical context, would you be willing to make an exception and process a refund? Thank you for your help. While I can’t personally guarantee that the request will be approved—especially since it’s outside the standard 30-day refund window—I do believe your case is valid given the documented incompatibility between WPML and Breakdance. Based on that context, there is a good chance the Billing team will consider and process the refund.
