CytoSorbents Europe	I can not register the site as live, there is always shown as development site- I tried to copy the key but there seems to be a connection error.

This discrepancy could be why the site key isn't functioning correctly on your site. Could you please remove the site and the identical domains as well from your WPML.ORG account and generate a new site key for the URL without the 'www' (versteckter Link), then try again?
