Este hilo está resuelto. Aquí tienes una descripción del problema y la solución.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with translating a webpage using WPML. Some content appears in the translation pages, while other parts do not show up in the translation manager.

Solution:
We noticed that the pages for each language might have been swapped, causing content to load incorrectly. The content that is not translating is likely created with a theme's default Elementor widget that lacks translation support. To resolve this:
1. Integrate translation support for the widget by following our guide on how to register page builder widgets for translation.
2. Use our tool to create the necessary configuration for custom Elementor widgets easily. Instructions for this tool can be found in our documentation on registering custom Elementor widgets for translation.
3. After adding the configurations, edit the Spanish page to ensure the content is in Spanish, then update the translation. This will allow you to see and translate the content from the Translation editor.

I'm translating a webpage into several languages throw WPML, but not all the page content is appearing in the translation pages. I include an example on how some parts are translated and other don't in the frontend and how this parts not translated are not appearing in the translation manager.

The webpage is enlace oculto (it is a development environment).

I hope you can help me.

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

Upon reviewing your site, I noticed something unusual. The content on the Spanish page is displayed in English, while the English page shows Spanish content. It appears that the pages for each language have been inadvertently swapped, leading to the incorrect loading of content in each language.

However, when reviewing the section you've highlighted in the screenshot on your website, I found that it is created using a theme's default Elementor widget. Now, if the translation support is not available for that widget, its content won't be available for translation within the editor.

In such cases, it's essential to integrate translation support for the widget. For a more comprehensive guide on how you can add the support, Please check this documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/how-to-register-page-builder-widgets-for-translation/

However, the good news is, we have a solution on hand. We havee a tool available that can assist in creating the necessary configuration for these custom widgets with just a few clicks. This tool is designed to reduce the time and effort of manually registering custom Elementor widgets by writing configurations for each one. To use this tool and better understand the process, kindly refer to the instructions in the following documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-compatibility-test-tools-plugin/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/

Once you've added the necessary configurations for the widget, please edit the Spanish page and ensure that the contents are added in Spanish language. After that, proceed to update the translation. You'll be able to see and translate the contents from Translation editor.

I hope the information above will help to solve the issue. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'll be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
