Problem: The client was experiencing issues with incorrect hypertext links in the English version of a footer created using the DIVI theme builder on a bilingual website. While the first link was correct, the other four were pointing to incorrect URLs. Solution: We reviewed the setup and found that the links were added using HTML in a single field, which WPML could not automatically adjust. We located the links for translation within WPML's String Translation by searching for a part of the HTML code. After adjusting the English translation to include the '/en/' in the links, the issue was resolved. We asked the client to test and confirm if the solution was effective.
