Additionally, to address the loss of 18,000 credits without any translations being completed, we credited the client's account with 18k tokens as a one-time courtesy. Problem: The client's translation process has been stuck on 'Translation in progress!' since yesterday after scanning plugin and template folders for strings to translate into German, with a memory limit of 2048 MB. Solution: We recommend updating the WPML plugin and its add-ons to the latest version, 4.6.13, to ensure you are working with the most recent bug fixes and improvements. Additionally, if you are operating a multilingual shop with WooCommerce, ensure that the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin is enabled.
After updating, navigate to WPML → Translations, locate the job with the strings, take it, and proceed to translate. Ensure you have added yourself as a translator, which can be done here.
If the issue persists: 1. Go to WPML → Translation Management. 2. Navigate to WPML → Jobs. 3. Cancel all pending jobs. 4. Return to the "Dashboard" tab in WPML → Translation Management. 5. Send one page that is "stuck" or the strings from WPML → String Translation that do not belong to a package for translation.
