We also mentioned the possibility of installing a plugin like "Duplicator" or "All in One WP Migration" to replicate the site locally for troubleshooting, with the assurance that the local site would be deleted once the problem was resolved. We emphasized the importance of the client backing up their site files and database before providing access and ensuring that the private box for sensitive information was enabled.
