Estoy intentando:
Traducir productos

Enlazar a una página donde se pueda ver el tema:

Esperaba ver:
las mismas imgenes en los productos duplicados o tradicidos automticamente

En lugar de eso, obtuve:
La traduccion se completo pero las imagenes no coinciden.

I understand the issue you're experiencing. It seems the Media Translation plugin is active on your site and the Image appears in the Spanish version of the Product has been translated using the plugin. This is why different images are being displayed for the product in each language.

Please try the following steps to see if they resolve the issue:

1. If the Media Translation plugin is active, go to WPML > Media Translation and locate the default image.
2. Click on the pencil icon (Screenshot: enlace oculto).
3. As the translation, upload the same image and save the media translation (Screenshot: enlace oculto).

By following these steps, you will be able to display the same image in the translation. However, if you prefer to have the default image appear in the translation without additional steps, you can deactivate the Media Translation plugin. By default, WPML will automatically copy the default image to the translation after the translation process. I hope you can understand.

Hello thanks for you help and prompt response.

the Media Translation plugin is not active and I have never installed it for this site.

There are 7 thousand products, I was expecting an automatic process from WPML as you indicate.

I can't do this manually, there are too many products

What else can I do to correct the error?

Thank you for the update.

If "Media translation" is not enabled, clicking the "Start" button in the Media translation section of WPML Settings should help in this case. This option will copy the default image to the translations.

Given the large number of images, this process could take some time. Unfortunately, there is no CLI command available to perform this operation more quickly from the command line.

However, if the process is failing constantly, it might be due to insufficient server resources to complete the entire operation. You may need to allocate more memory and increase the max_execution_time for your site to allow the process to execute smoothly. Allocate at least 512M of memory and extend the TimeLimit for scripts by following the guides below:

- Increase Memory Limit

Additionally, From the screenshot, I noticed that the Object Cache and WP Rocket Cache is enabled on your site. Please make sure to clear caches from both plugins and if possible, keep the Object caching disabled during the process.

If the issue persists, please enable WordPress Debug and check if any errors are being logged after the error occurs. If you find any errors, please share the detailed error messages in your next response. I will review them and guide you on the next steps.

Hola todo lo que me has propuesta esta comprobado y no lo resuleve.

No puedo ir producto por producto para comentar corregir las imagenes y tampoco puedo ir imagen por imagene para corregir este error.

Necesito soporte en vivo, por favor agendemos un chat o una llamada en español de forma urgente ya llevo mas de una semana con esto.

He pagado mas de 1 millon de creditos para que esto se realizara automaticamente, son mas de 7mil productos y hemos confiado en ustedes para lograrlo.

As the issue persists, a closer inspection will be required to understand the root cause of the issue.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site.
