Solution:
We found that the client is still using an outdated version of WPML String Translation (3.2.5), which might indicate that the automatic update failed. We recommend the following steps:
1. Download the latest version (3.4.1) directly from this page.
2. Completely remove the current String Translation plugin from wp-content/plugins, ensuring there are no multiple folders/versions.
3. Manually reinstall version 3.4.1.
4. Reactivate the plugin and check if the issue persists.
