  1. How to remove “[ ] WPML can report to your wpml.org account which theme and plugins” message in plugins list page?

I do not want to report this, I do not want to click the checkbox.

Please do NOT clutter plugins list page, it’s a violation of plugin guidelines.

    • Hello Henry,

At the moment we can’t remove this notice, because it’s handled by a subcomponent (called Installer) shared by other plugins (e.g. the Toolset suite).
This component does not have a settings page yet, and that’s why we temporarily use the plugins page.

We have prioritised the importance of giving the freedom to the users to decide if they want to share this data, also because the law requires it.

In the next major version of WPML, we will provide a dedicated settings page, and we will remove this message from the plugins page.

For the time being, you can simply ignore this message.

      Thank you for understanding.

  2. I didn’t use to have a “compatibility issue with WooCommerce 3.3.4 when using Languages as Directories and WordPress is set-up in a sub-directory.” After the update I do. Please fix fast. Also, please answer support tickets, I’m waiting for some help since at least 6 hours, meanwhile my secondary language is not working and my users are seeing a bad error message.

    • Hello, I have passed your feedback to our developers. I’m sure you will get your answers in the support tickets that you opened. Thank you for your patience.

    • Thanks for the link. I can see that your ticket is being handled but I will ping this supporter anyway to check the status.

      • Hi Agnes,

no need, the problem was solved meanwhile, it was not WPML issue after all but a combination of factors (including myself) that caused the problems. I will update the ticket and thank Otto for the support.

Many thanks to you as well for the help!

        Best regards,

        Tudor
