Have you searched for the link in the search bar of the translation editor?

Also, under WPML > Settings > Media Translation, make sure that the option "Translate media library texts with posts" is enabled

Then add a small edit to the header where the menu/logo is displaying and re-translate.

If not, check if the URL is translatable under WPML > String Translation.

If that did not help, most likely the field needs to be registered with XML the same way we did before,

For the menus, you should be able to translate them manually from Appearance > Menus, but that's for the menu items and not the logo,

I can't provide an XML specific for this widget unless I see the code of your site, in that case, please share an access to your site below,

The issue should be fixed now, I checked your global header, the link was not assigned dynamically, I simply linked to the homepage with a dynamic link and then retranslated the header,

Then I ran this button so WPML can replace the URLs in correct language : lien caché
