Problem:
The client encountered a critical error when attempting to create an English translation of a post in WordPress using WPML. The error message indicated an 'Uncaught InvalidArgumentException' related to the Obj.php file in the WPML plugin directory.

Solution:
1. We recommended downgrading the PHP version to 8.1 or 8.2 to see if the problem persists.
2. We advised increasing the WordPress memory limit to at least 128M by adding the following code to the wp-config.php file:

3. We corrected an issue with the Home URL and activated a default WordPress theme. Additionally, we applied a workaround involving editing the getCurrentUrl function in the WPML plugin code to handle cases where the HTTP_HOST and REQUEST_URI server variables are not set.
