To reduce the waiting time, I took this ticket and responded in English. Please let me know if you're okay with it or if you want to continue the conversation in Spanish language. I will check and forward this ticket to one of our Spanish-speaking supporters to assist you in the Spanish language.
I understand that you're having some issues with the Translation Editor and some elements aren't appearing on the translated page. Below, I've provided a response for each issue:
- Missing Content in Translation: This issue often occurs when the widget or module used to add content doesn't have WPML support. Since you're using Elementor, it’s possible that the widget isn’t registered for translation, which is why the translated content isn't displaying on the frontend. Could you please share the link to the page where the content isn't showing? This will allow me to check and provide guidance on what to do next.
- Issue with Translation Editor: After saving the translation, it should be published immediately. If this isn't happening, and the Classic Translation Editor loads when switching to the previous editor, you can try the following:
- Please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting
- Click on the following buttons:
-- Clear the cache in WPML
-- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
-- Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs
-- Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE
-- Set language information
-- Fix post type assignment for translations
- Once done, clear the caches from your site and browser and then try to translate again using Advanced translation editor.
Please try and let me know how it goes. I'll be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.
Hi Prosenjit, it's alright we can keep this in English but I noticed that your working hours doesn't match mine so there will be a delay still, if there is an agent that has closer working hours to mine that would be ideal.
About the missing content, the posts are redacted using the Gutenberg editor, no custom blocks are in use there, the singular post template was build using Elementor widgets, no addons widgets are in use there either, not for the post content. I'll attach some pictures of this. This issue was detected for multiple posts types including WordPress default blog posts (posts).
About the translation editor, I will try to replicate this in a safe environment.
The time zone may vary, but we follow a systematic approach to responding to each ticket, ensuring that replies are sent in a timely manner. I trust this won't cause any issues. However, if you require urgent assistance, please feel free to initiate a chat.
If you've created an Elementor template for the post, please ensure that the template has been translated into the other languages. Until the template is translated, the translated content will not appear on the frontend. Please check the link below for a guide on how to translate an Elementor template.
