Hello Ana,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.
To reduce the waiting time, I took this ticket and responded in English. Please let me know if you're okay with it or want to continue the conversation in Spanish language. I will check and forward the ticket to one of our Spanish supporters to assist you in the Spanish language.
I understand what you're looking for. The 'Slider' post type is part of the Woodmart theme, and we have a detailed guide on how to translate the Woodmart theme slider. Please refer to the guide below to learn about the translation process.
I have followed the instructions you have sent me, but when I get to the place, I see that I cannot click on the "translatable" option, it is blurred.

How can I mark it as translatable?
(With the woodmart Theme, I use Elementor as an editor)
As you mentioned that the translated slider is not showing correctly, you may need to resave both the default and translated pages so that the correct slider appears in each language. Could you please try the solution mentioned in the ticket below and check if that helps in solving the issue?
Glad to hear that the slider is now showing in each language.
Since you're having issues with the slider's appearance - if the slider is created using Elementor, the styles should also be copied during the translation process. Could you pleaser try the following steps and check if that helps in solving the issue?
- Please go to "WPML > Settings" and scroll to the 'Custom field translation'
- Click on 'Show system field'
- In the Search box on the Custom field translation section, enter _elementor_css
- Set the translation preference for the field to 'Copy' and save the changes.
- Open the default slider in WordPress editor and make a small change in the title.
- Save the changes and update the translation. Make sure that the translation is 100% completed and save the changes.
- Clear the caches and check again.
I hope this helps. However, if the issue persists, you may need to manually update the style by editing the slider in each language.
Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.
It seems that a specific setting related to width adjustments is not applied in the translated slider, which is why the translated slider width is not the same as the default slider. Could you please share the link to the page where the slider is placed? I will check and let you know what to do next.
