Background of the issue:
I am using Elementor, JetEngine, and WPML on my website versteckter Link. I am trying to translate JetEngine Option Pages using WPML.

Symptoms:
I cannot find the fields (input values) from my JetEngine Option Page under WPML > String Translation, making them inaccessible for translation.
